Every Booking, Patient and Branch in One System
Appointments, patient records, staff and branches, WhatsApp, payments and reporting — built as one system, so a booking, a reminder, an invoice and a report all refer to the same record.

What usually gets in the way
None of this is a software problem to begin with. It is what happens when a clinic's day is spread across a calendar, a spreadsheet, a paper file and someone's personal phone.
Scheduling that fights back
Double bookings, appointments landing on closed days, and slots that do not match how long the treatment actually takes.
Patient information in too many places
Contact details in one system, clinical notes on paper, and referral documents sitting in a chat thread.
Patient messages on personal phones
Conversations only one person can see, with no record left behind when they are away.
No clear view of the team
Working hours, leave, and who can be booked for what — all kept informally, and never quite current.
Payments reconciled from memory
Charges, refunds and invoices tracked in a spreadsheet that quietly drifts away from reality.
Reporting that takes a day to assemble
Numbers gathered by hand at month-end, from sources that never fully agree with each other.
One system, one record
Each part of ZiyaraTech is a working screen in the clinic workspace, and they all read from the same data. That is what removes the re-typing, the second spreadsheet, and the disagreement between them.
Booking that validates itself
Branch, staff member, services and time are checked against holidays, time off, blocked periods, working hours and existing appointments before an appointment is accepted — so the calendar only offers times that are genuinely available.
One patient record
Contact and clinical details, tags, notes, addresses and files, with every appointment, conversation and payment attached to the same person — so anyone with permission sees the same, current history.
WhatsApp on your own number
One shared inbox for incoming chats on your own WhatsApp Business number, with assignment, internal notes and full history — so conversations survive a staff change instead of leaving with a phone.
Reminders that send themselves
Appointment reminders, payment follow-ups and post-visit requests triggered by real events, in Arabic or English, over WhatsApp, email, push and in-app — so nobody chases them one message at a time.
Money tracked against the visit
Charges, refunds, patient invoices and settlement periods recorded against the appointment they belong to — so payment status and appointment status can never drift apart.
Numbers without assembling them
A live dashboard, generated daily and monthly reports, trends over time and per-channel analytics — so a decision rests on the same figures every time, not on recollection.
Appointments
Keep every appointment organised
The calendar is not a grid you fill in by hand. Branch hours, staff schedules, time off, blocked periods, service durations and existing bookings are all checked before a slot is offered, so what you see is what can actually be booked.
- Availability is calculated, not assumedA slot appears only when the branch is open, the staff member is working, the service fits the remaining time, and nothing else is booked against it.
- Every status is a recordRequested, confirmed, completed, cancelled and no-show are states on the appointment itself, each with a history — not colours someone remembers to update.
- One board per branch, one accountEach location keeps its own hours, timezone and team, and the same login moves between them without a second system.

Turn conversations into confirmed appointments
Patients message the clinic's own WhatsApp Business number. The assistant collects what it needs, checks real availability, and writes the appointment into the same calendar the front desk uses — then the reminder schedules itself.
- 01The patient messages the clinicOn your own number, in Arabic or English. The thread lands in a shared inbox the whole team can see, not on one person's phone.
- 02Doctor and time are chosenThe assistant offers only staff and slots that are genuinely available, applying the same rules the front desk's calendar applies.
- 03The appointment is confirmedThe booking is written against the patient's record, the calendar updates, and the confirmation goes back on the same thread.
- 04The reminder is scheduledTriggered by the appointment itself rather than by someone remembering — and the conversation stays attached to the patient's file.
AI assistant
AI that works with your clinic
The assistant is one surface inside the platform, not a replacement for it. It reads the same records your team does, answers from them, and hands the conversation to a person the moment it should.

When the assistant cannot answer, the conversation is handed to a member of your team with the full history attached.

What happens after you sign up
Five steps, in this order. Where a step depends on an outside party, we say so here rather than leaving you to discover it later.
- 01
Create your clinic
One form creates the clinic and your owner account together and signs you straight in. Choose your clinic's URL slug carefully — it is used at login and cannot be changed afterwards.
- 02
Verify your facility
Upload your facility's documents in the verification centre and submit them for review. Your clinic is activated once our team approves them, so the full workspace opens after this step rather than at the moment you register.
- 03
Set up branches, services and team
In that order, because each depends on the one before it: branches with their working hours, then your service catalogue with durations and prices, then staff with their schedules, permissions and bookable services.
- 04
Connect WhatsApp and payments
Connect your own WhatsApp Business number and write your templates inside ZiyaraTech; Meta then verifies your business and approves each template. Taking live card payments additionally needs a merchant account activated with the payment processor, which our team arranges with you.
- 05
Go live
The front desk books, reminders go out on their own, patient messages land in the shared inbox, and the dashboard fills in as the day runs.
Questions and answers
Your clinic's day already works. It just runs across too many places.
Create your clinic yourself in a few minutes. Our team handles verification with you, and helps with WhatsApp and payments when you are ready for them.
